Tabling Request
To participate in Disability Advocacy Day by showcasing your organization, please proceed with the registration through the link provided below. This event offers a unique platform for non-member entities to engage with attendees by setting up an informational booth on the State House grounds. The specifics of this opportunity are as follows:

Registration and Fee:

Cost for Table Space: $150 (non-members)
Important Information:

The registration fee guarantees only the space for your table; you must provide your own table and any materials for distribution.

Selling items or food on the State House grounds is strictly prohibited.

Tents are allowed, but they cannot be staked into the ground. Sandbags or water barrels must be used to keep them grounded. There also must be enough space for people to move freely between the tents.

We kindly ask each participating vendor to contribute a case of water for free distribution to attendees (optional but appreciated!).

Method: Checks should be made payable to SCPDO and mailed to 254 Corley Mill Rd. Lexington, SC 29072. Please put "Tabling" in the memo area.
